8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Browsing ToolAI App (toolaiapp.com) is free. AI tool makers may optionally purchase a Paid Tool Listing / Fast Submit service: a one-time payment of USD $19.90 per tool listing submission. This is not a recurring subscription. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page.

What the buyer gets: faster review / listing for their AI tool; permanent listing on the directory (subject to our content guidelines); and a public tool page on toolaiapp.com with basic exposure in relevant categories. Delivery is a digital service (online listing); we do not sell physical goods, AI generation credits, cryptocurrency, or other high-risk products. Payment speeds up review but does not guarantee approval if the submission violates our guidelines.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or another payment processor we designate). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

If a paid submission is rejected before publication for reasons within our control (for example, duplicate listing or clear policy rejection without review opportunity), you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting us. Fees are generally non-refundable after a listing has been published, except where required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy or completeness of directory information, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolAI and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages arising from use or inability to use the Service; or third-party content or actions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or content you submit to the Service.
